CAST connects passionate students from all creative disciplines (visual arts, music, dance, theater, writing, and more) to collaborate, grow, and share their voices. We believe in the power of community, the value of artistry, the importance of self-expression, and the talent within every individual. Whether you are sketching, writing, performing, or just wanting to discover your creative side, there is a place for you in CAST.
CAST will:
- host one-hour Zoom meetings monthly at a designated day and time (Central Time Zone, USA) during the academic year (August-May).
- celebrate birthdays, milestones, stretch goals, shared interests, and life events in community with our fellow CASTmates.
- workshop and showcase CAST members’ performances and projects.
- share contests, scholarships, and awards opportunities for students in the arts.
- send regular email announcements and updates about CAST happenings.
- share interest pieces about current events in the world of the arts.
- welcome guest speakers with professional careers in the arts to share their wisdom and experience in their field(s).
